The Madzharovo Point ( Bulgarian нос Маджарово nos Madscharowo ) is a headland of the Anvers Island in the Palmer Archipelago west of the Antarctic Peninsula . It is located on the southwest bank of Fournier Bay and separates the mouth of the Kleptusa Glacier in the southeast from that of the Thamyris Glacier in the northwest.
The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2009 after the town of Madscharowo in southeastern Bulgaria .
