Maeve Dermody
Maeve Dermody (born January 1, 1985 in Sydney ) is an Australian actress .
Life
Maeve Dermody was born in 1985 in Sydney, Australia, to a psychologist and the writer and director Susan Murphy Dermody. At the age of five, she starred in the 1993 film Breathing Under Water, directed by her mother, who taught film at the university . She graduated from high school with an excellent result in Mosman, a suburb of Sydney. Active in acting classes and at the Australian Theater for Young People during high school, Mermody began acting in Australian series, shorts and television films after high school. Mermody had her first leading role in 2007 in the thriller Black Water . In 2010 Maeve Dermody played alongside Ryan Kwanten the role of Melody in the comedy drama Griff the Invisible .
