Magdalena Szaj (born February 12, 1995 in Kronowo near Barczewo , Poland) is a Polish soccer player .

Career

societies

Szaj started playing football at LKS Surma Barczewo in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship . She stayed there until the summer of 2010 and then joined KS AZS Wrocław at the age of 15 . At KS AZS Wrocław, she made her senior debut in the top Polish women's division a year later in the 2011/12 season. She left Poland on August 6, 2014 and signed a two-year contract with the German Bundesliga club 1. FFC Turbine Potsdam .

National team

Szaj has been playing for the senior national team in her country since 2013 . Before that, she played six internationals for the U-17s, scoring five goals and nine internationals for the Polish U-19s, scoring one international goal.
