Mahamadou "Djila" Diarra (born May 18, 1981 in Bamako , Mali ) is a former Malian football player .
Career
Diarra plays in midfield and had become a key player at Olympique Lyon alongside Juninho . He joined Real Madrid prior to the 2006/07 season . In January 2011 he moved to AS Monaco in the French league , but after relegation he left the club again. In February 2012, the last clubless Diarra joined Fulham , where he received a contract until the end of the season. After he was again without a club in the summer of 2013, he was signed again by Fulham FC on March 25, 2014 to support the club in the relegation battle. Fulham FC lost the relegation battle and Diarra left the club.
