Maika Voigt
Maika Voigt (born April 17, 1963 in Leipzig ) is a German chemist and politician ( SPD ) and former member of the Saxon state parliament .
Life
Maika Voigt graduated from the 10th grade in Moscow . Then she attended EOS in Leipzig, where she passed her Abitur. This was followed by a degree in chemistry at the Karl Marx University in Leipzig, which she graduated with a diploma in 1988. Subsequently, from 1988, Ms. Voigt worked as a research assistant in the Institute for Biotechnology of the Academy of Sciences. She is a member of the ÖTV .
Mrs. Voigt is married and has two children.

Maika Voigt was a member of the SPD's Leipzig District Board from April 1990. In October 1990 she moved into the Saxon state parliament via the state list of the SPD Saxony , to which she belonged for an electoral period until 1994. There she was a member of the environmental committee.
