Majhdhaar ( Hindi :; German meaning: in the middle / in the middle ) is a Bollywood film that was released in India in 1996 .

Gopal ( Salman Khan ), an orphan , Krishna ( Rahul Roy ), the son of an educator, and Radha ( Manisha Koirala ), the daughter of the aristocrat Raisaheb grew up together and are very close friends, but there is a difficulty. Gopal and Krishna both love Radha. Radha only likes Gopal as a friend and loves Krishna. Gopal does not know that Radha and Krishna love each other. Radha and Krishna do not dare to confess their love to one another.

One day Gopal asks Krishna to take Radha's hand to Raisaheb for him. For the sake of his friend, he does what Krishna asked him to do. Raisaheb likes Gopal, but he wants Gopal to show that he is able to make a living. Gopal leaves town to make something of himself, like Krishna, who is about to take his law exam.

When Radha and Krishna receive the news that Gopal was killed in a plane crash, they are infinitely sad. Radha now confesses her love for Krishna and their romance begins. Suddenly Gopal reappears surprisingly. Gopal's appearance puts Radha and Krishna in a dilemma. Krishna no longer wants to hide the relationship between him and Radha and decides to tell Gopal the truth. But even before he gets there, circumstances change and Radha marries Gopal.

Shortly after the wedding, she learns that she is two months pregnant - from Krishna. She has the baby, but can't stand telling Gopal the truth about the baby anymore. She leaves Gopal and leaves the baby with Gopal.
