Painter's angle
As a painter angle (in Bavaria and Austria also Malerwinkl ) locations are defined to be those popular with the painters of the Romantic to paint certain idyllic landscapes:
- Malerwinkel (Gmünd) , valley of the Braunaubach
- Malerwinkel (Königssee) a lookout point in the Berchtesgadener Land
- Malerwinkel Ramsau, see St. Sebastian (Ramsau)
- Name variant for the Egerner Bay (Egerer See) of the Tegernsee
- Malerwinkel Chiemsee in Seeon-Seebruck
- Malerwinkel Rattenberg in Rattenberg (Tyrol)
- Malerwinkel (Isar) south of Wolfratshausen
- Malerwinkel west of Wasserburg (Lake Constance)
- Malerwinkel (Lübeck) , park on the Obertrave with a view of the old town
