Malin Steffen
Malin Steffen (born December 28, 1993 in Neumünster ) is a German actress .
Life
Malin Steffen grew up in her native Neumünster and attended the Herderschule in Rendsburg , which she left with the 11th grade. As a child, she wanted to become an actress, musical artist or prima ballerina. Without her parents' knowledge, she applied to a children's drama agency and was accepted there. She received lessons in ballet , jazz dance and hip-hop . From 2007 to 2011 she attended the TASK drama school in Kiel . In 2009 she had an appearance as a singer on the “Young Stage” of the NDR as part of the Kieler Woche .
As a teenager, she also appeared in front of the camera for the first time in 2008, as a student in the multi-award-winning film The White Ribbon - A German Children's Story , which premiered in May 2009 at the 62nd Cannes Film Festival . Several short films followed (including as a female vampire in mimicry ) and the first television roles in the series Notruf Hafenkante (2011; as a criminal student Mandy Grube) and Sibel & Max (2015; as a patient Mareike Sievert, who do not allow themselves to be treated by a Turkish doctor want). In the movie The Fourth Power (2012) she played the main female role, the overwhelmed and drug-dependent media student Franziska.
In the 14th season of the ARD television series Rote Rosen , Steffen had a continuous series lead role. From April 2017 (episode 2398) to February 2018 (episode 2600) she was seen as a high school graduate Swantje Fries, whose career aspiration is to become a video blogger.
As a teenager, Steffen also ran her own online shop, where she sold clothes she had designed for children and teenagers. Malin Steffen lives in Kiel and Hamburg .
