Manfred Bengel

Manfred Bengel (* 1942 ) is a German legal scholar.

Life

Bengel studied law and business administration at the Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg and became an active member of the Catholic student association K.St.V. Rheno-Frankonia in KV . At the law and political science faculty of the university, he received his doctorate in 1968 on the administrative act that shapes private law . He initially stayed in Würzburg and worked as a research assistant at the chair for constitutional and administrative law. In 1972 he established himself as a notary in Schweinfurt and moved to Fürth in 1987 .

There he took on a teaching position at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg for the practical application of law in property , family , inheritance and commercial law . Since 1993 he has been an honorary professor for civil law , voluntary jurisdiction and legal structuring.

From 1988 to 1998 he was Deputy President of the Notarkasse Adö.R. in Munich, from 1998 to 2010 president of this organization, then he was appointed honorary president.

He has been a notary public since January 1, 2011. D., Coordinator of the Working Group of European Notary Fund Presidents and President of the CSSN (Commission for Social Security in Latin Notaries = UINL).

Bengel is the author or co-author of numerous scientific specialist publications (such as Korintenberg / Lappe / Bengel / Reimann: cost regulations; Reimann / Bengel / J. Mayer: wills and inheritance contracts; Bengel / Simmerding: land register / property / border; Bengel / Reimann: handbook of will enforcement ).
