Manfred Freyberger
Manfred Freyberger (born March 27, 1930 in Brixen , † October 29, 1980 in Rome ) was an Austrian film actor.
Life
Freyberger was born in South Tyrol , but grew up in Innsbruck, where his parents came from. As an actor he worked in Italy from the mid-1950s. There are numerous incarnations of German soldiers. He was able to break out of the role cliché in his last role as Pope John Paul II.
