Mangthö Ludrub Gyatsho ( Tib .: Mang thos klu sgrub rgya mtsho ; * 1523 ; † 1596 ) was a scholar of the Sakya School of Tibetan Buddhism. He was a student of Chagthangpa Champa Sönam ( lcags thang pa byams pa bsod nams ; 1474–1540), who in turn was a student of the Sakya monk Chamchen Rabjampa Sanggye Phel ( byams chen rab 'byams pa sangs rgyas' phel ; 1412–1485) was, and is known for his criticism of the Mahamudra teachings of Pema Karpo ( pad + ma dkar po ; 1527–1592).

He is the author of the bstan rtsis gsal ba'i nyin byed lhag bsam rab dkar , a study of the chronology of Buddhism in India and Tibet completed in 1587 , which was included in the modern Tibetan book series gangs can rig mdzod .
