The list of the team cadres of the 1st division (chess) 1999/2000 contains all players who were used at least once in the Danish 1st division in chess 1999/2000 .
Office / 2 Nordre, Skolernes SK and Nørresundby SK used the same 8 players in all competitions, SK 1934 Nykøbing and Århus SK had most of the players contest at least one competition, namely 11. A total of 75 players were used, 45 of which took part in all competitions.
The best individual results were achieved by Erling Mortensen (SK 1934 Nykøbing) and Jan Christensen (Office / 2 Nordre) with 5.5 points each, with Mortensen playing 6 games, Christensen 7.
