Manuel Tschernik

Manuel Tschernik (born October 1, 1992 in Würselen ) is a German film and television actor .

Life

Manuel Tschernik completed his school education in 2012 with the technical college entrance qualification at the Mies-van-der-Rohe School in Aachen and began training as a chef in Aachen .

He completed his acting studies from 2014 to 2018 at the University of the Arts in Berlin . During his training he performed in the "Theater Discounter" in Berlin and at the Hans-Otto-Theater in Potsdam . Tschernik works as an actor for film and television.

His television career began with the ZDF production Ku'damm 56 (2016), in which he took on a small role as Mr. Sebastian's dance student. In the Netflix series Dogs of Berlin (2018) Tschernik plays a continuous supporting role as drug investigator Basti. In the 4th season of the television series In allerfreund - Die Junge Ärzte (2019) he had a leading role in the episode as fireman Kai Richter, who is admitted to the clinic with Müllerian derivatives .

At Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg (rbb) he was a speaker in several radio play productions and also worked as a voice actor . As an advertising actor, he worked in spots for Otto and McDonald’s . He is also active in improvisational theater , as a fairy tale and storyteller and as a professional reader.

His interests include judo , thai chi , stick fighting and bodybuilding . He lives in Berlin.
