Manuela Stoeckl

Manuela Stöckl (born January 25, 1982 in Salzburg ) is a professional dancer from Austria. From 1994 to 2015 she was one of the most successful Austrian dance couples together with Florian Gschaider. She is World Cup winner over 10 dances, multiple European Championship and World Cup finalist for amateurs and professionals as well as 16-time state champion for amateurs and 11-time state champion for professionals. In 2015 the two ended their active professional dance career after 23 years. In 2013 she won the ORF live show Dancing Stars with Rainer Schönfelder .

Life

In 1992 Manuela Stöckl got to know her dance partner Florian Gschaider in a children's dance school and in 1994 they competed for the first time in tournaments in Latin American dances , standard and combination (10 dances). In 1997 they won the title of youth champion in Latin; national and international titles followed. Manuela Stöckl is a state-certified trainer for dance sports, a licensed, international judge for standard and Latin American dances as well as a section trainer in the Salzburg State Association. She works as a trainer with amateur and tournament dancers of all ages in dance clubs all over Austria and in southern Germany. Her headquarters are in Salzburg , where she is the club trainer in the TSC Danceteam Salzburg and in the TSC / TC Stardance Elixhausen and Hallein. In 2016 she founded Danceteam Emotion GmbH with Florian Gschaider, a provider of training, workshops and coaching for amateur and competition dancers. They have also been successful in the wedding business since 2018, specializing in individual choreography for wedding dances.

Manuela Stöckl has worked twice as a dance professional on the ORF live show Dancing Stars . In 2013 she danced her way to victory in the 8th season with Rainer Schönfelder , in 2019 she retired with actor Martin Leutgeb in broadcast 3.
