Marco Pérez (actually Marcos Pérez Sancho; born March 21, 1978 in Grabs ) is a former Spanish - Liechtenstein football player ( midfield ).

Career

Pérez 'parent club is FC Triesen . After some experience in the first division at FC Vaduz , Pérez switched to FC Basel in 1997 in Swiss professional football, where he successfully played alongside compatriot Mario Frick for several years and recommended himself for the Liechtenstein national football team . In his first and only game for Liechtenstein on June 4, 1996, in front of 26,000 spectators in Mannheim, Pérez scored 7-1 against Germany; Liechtenstein lost then with 1: 9.

After that, Pérez disappeared more and more from the professional stage and returned to FC Vaduz in 2001 after a short detour at FC Wangen near Olten , with whom he was promoted to the Challenge League and played until 2006. From February 2007 Pérez played at SC Eisenstadt in the third highest league in Austria . The 2007/08 season Marco played for the Austrian club First Vienna FC 1894 also in the third highest league and was one of the top performers there. In August 2008 he moved to the Vienna Sports Club , with which he reached 2nd place at the 2009 Vienna Stadthallenturnier.

From 2014 to 2016 Pérez played at ASK-BSC Bruck / Leitha in the 2nd regional league east in Lower Austria.
