Marcão (born April 17, 1973 in Andirá , actually Marcos Antônio Aparecido Cipriano ) is a Brazilian football player .

The striker is said to have played for Matsubara in Brazil in 1991. Subsequently, from 1992 to mid-1993, the Montevideo Wanderers are listed as his employer.
Other stations are said to have been Mirassol FC , Deportivo Toluca (Mexico), SE Matsubara (Japan), AC Turin (Italy), Sport Recife (Brazil), Mogi Mirim EC (Brazil), CA Juventus (Brazil) and AE Aracatuba (Brazil) .
In the 2000/01 season he moved to the Russian record champions Spartak Moscow . For Spartak he also played four times in the UEFA Champions League . A year later, Marcão was signed by the then Bundesliga club FC St. Pauli to support the Kiezkicker in the fight against relegation from the Bundesliga. For FC St. Pauli he played 19 times in the Bundesliga and scored two goals. After the relegation of FC St. Pauli, Marcão played five times in the 2nd Bundesliga.
In the late summer of 2004 he moved back to Brazil to EC Bahia to play for Guarani FC after a year . In January 2006 he signed a contract in Switzerland with Yverdon-Sport FC . He stayed here for half a year.
