Marcus Knuth
Liege Count Johan Henrik Marcus Knuth-Knuthenborg (born April 2, 1976 ) is a Danish politician. He is a member of the Folketing for the Venstre and has represented the constituency of Zealand since the 2015 Folketing election .
Life
Knuth comes from the Mecklenburg-Danish nobility family Knuth . His father is the founder of the Knuthenborg Safari Park , Adam Wilhelm Knuth , his mother is the writer Helle Knuth, née Stangerup.
In 1997 Knuth graduated from Hærens Kampskole's Løjtnantskolen. In 2007 he graduated from the University of Virginia with a bachelor's degree in economics . Knuth served as a captain from 2008 to 2009 and then as a diplomat in Afghanistan. He is a reserve officer in the Gardehusar Regimentet .
In 2007 Knuth received a master's degree in business administration from the Spanish IESE Business School , and in 2013 a master's degree in public administration from Harvard University .
