Marcus Schladebach

Marcus Schladebach (* 1972 ) is a German legal scholar .

Life

He studied law. After receiving his doctorate in 2000 as Dr. iur. at the Humboldt University of Berlin , the legal clerkship in Berlin and San Antonio and the LL.M. In 2002 in European Integration Law at the TU Dresden he was a consultant for public law, European and international law at the State Ministry of Justice (Potsdam) and at the Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection . He was a lecturer at the universities of Berlin and Augsburg . He was a part-time member of the Joint Judicial Examination Office Berlin-Brandenburg. After completing his habilitation in 2013 at the University of Augsburg , he was appointed private lecturer . He represented chairs at the Universities of Kiel , Göttingen , Düsseldorf , Hagen and Potsdam . Since 2017 he has held the chair for public law, media law and didactics of law at the University of Potsdam .
