Margaret Natalie Mensah-Williams (born December 25, 1961 in Mariental , South West Africa ) is a Namibian politician for SWAPO .

Mensah-Williams was chairwoman of the Namibian National Council from December 8, 2015 to October 2019 .

Mensah-Williams studied in Cape Town ( South Africa ). Between 1998 and 2005 she was Vice President of the National Council and since 1997 has held numerous high-ranking positions in SWAPO. She also served in higher positions in international organizations, especially on women's rights .

Mensah-Williams is married and has three children.
