Margit Laufer (* 1990 in Vienna ) is an Austrian television presenter.

Life

Margit Laufer studied political science at the University of Vienna . During this time she worked for various media companies. At the University of Applied Sciences of the Chamber of Commerce in Vienna, she completed the part-time studies in Journalism & New Media .

She has been with ORF , for which she has worked in several editorial offices, since 2013. From the end of 2015 to the end of 2018, she moderated the regional television program Niederösterreich heute at the Landesstudio Niederösterreich and worked in the editorial department of the current service. She also worked as a radio news anchor. In 2016, it presented the Lower Austrian participants in 9 places - 9 treasures Ötscher-Tormäuer in the nationwide qualification and the Mohndorf Armschlag and the museum village of Niedersulz in the qualification.

In 2017 she was selected by the magazine Der Österreichische Journalist as one of the best 30 under 30 .

Since January 2019 she has been the moderator of the ZIB short editions during Guten Morgen Österreich as well as at 1 p.m. and on Sundays at 11 a.m.
