Mari Backe (born March 11, 1987 ) is a former Norwegian ski jumper .

Career

Backe was accepted into the Norwegian national team in 2004 and competed in various FIS competitions for the first time . On February 8, 2005, she made her debut in the Ski Jumping Continental Cup . In her first season she already achieved her best result in the Continental Cup overall ranking with 21st place. At the Norwegian Championships in Oslo in 2006, she won the bronze medal on the large hill. She finished fourth on the normal hill in Heddal . At the Junior World Championship in 2006 in Kranj , he reached 19th place. On March 8, 2006, he achieved 17th place in Våler for the first time among the top twenty. Backe jumped to 27th place at the 2007 Junior World Championships in Tarvisio . A year later at the Junior World Championships in Štrbské Pleso , she jumped to 33rd place. At the Norwegian Championships in 2009 she reached 6th place on the normal hill.

After the 2009/10 season, she ended her career.
