Maria Rosa Bi Soi da Câmara (born November 21, 1962 in Loi-Huno , Portuguese Timor ) is a politician from East Timor . She is a founding member of the Congresso Nacional da Reconstrução Timorense (CNRT) party and Vice-President of the party's national board (Conselho Diretiva Nacional CDN).

Câmara finished her education with the second grade of elementary school.

She has been a member of the East Timorese national parliament since 2007 . In 2012 she was re-elected. In the parliamentary elections in East Timor in 2017 , Câmara ran for position 18 on the CNRT's list and once again managed to get back into the national parliament of East Timor as a member. Here she was a member of the Commission on Foreign Affairs, Defense and National Security (Commission B). In 2017, Câmara was elected deputy chairman of the CNRT at the party congress. After the dissolution of parliament in 2018, Câmara took up position 27 in the new elections on May 12th of the Aliança para Mudança e Progresso (AMP), to which the CNRT also belongs, and moved back into parliament. She is now a member of the Commission on Education, Health, Social Security and Gender Equality (Commission F) and President of the Commission on Internal Control, Ethics and MEPs' Duties.

As a veteran of the armed resistance against the Indonesian occupation, Câmara is a holder of the Ordem da Guerrilha .
