Marianne Hoepfner (born April 7, 1944 in Bourg-en-Bresse ) is a former French racing driver .

Career

In the 1970s, Marianne Hoepfner was, alongside Marie-Claude Charmasson , Michèle Mouton and Christine Dacremont, the fourth French racing driver to become known beyond the borders of her country. She competed in both rallies and circuit races. Her best placings in the World Rally Championship were two seventh places in the Rally Morocco in 1975 and 1976. In 1975 she made her debut at the 24 Hours of Le Mans , where she competed four times. In 1974 she won the women's championship in the Tour de France for automobiles .
