Marianne Tritz

Marianne Tritz (born January 21, 1964 in Dannenberg ) is a German politician ( Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen ). Most recently she was managing director of the General Association of the Insulation Industry.

Life

Marianne Tritz obtained the technical college entrance qualification after completing secondary school. After training as an educator, she studied social affairs at the Lüneburg University of Applied Sciences from 1985 to 1989 and was also responsible for public relations at the Gasthof Meuchefitz from 1987 to 1990 , from 1991 to 1993 she trained as an upholsterer and interior decorator and from 1994 to 1997 she worked during their parental leave a further training in new media. Marianne Tritz has two children. She has been married to Johannes Kempmann since August 19, 2016 .

From 1985 to 1989 she was press spokeswoman and managing director of the citizens' initiative environmental protection Lüchow-Dannenberg and from 2001 to 2002 she was a consultant for fundraising and corporate contacts at the federal board of Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen. She has been a member of Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen since 1985 and was Lower Saxony's top candidate for the European elections in 1999 . In 2002 she ran for the German Bundestag in the constituency of Lüneburg / Lüchow-Dannenberg . She entered the Bundestag via her party's state list and was a member of the German Bundestag until 2005 . She then worked for Fritz Kuhn in the Bundestag .

In March 2008 she moved to the newly founded German Cigarette Association as managing director . This change was not without controversy. On October 30, 2012, the DZV surprisingly ended the activity of Marianne Tritz, whose contract ran until April 2013. The association wanted a new start in terms of staff in view of major new legislative regulations in the EU on tobacco consumption.

Ms. Tritz has been managing director of the entire insulation industry association since May 1st, 2013.
