Marie-Elisabeth Denzer

Marie-Elisabeth Denzer (* 1963 in Trier ) is a former German television and radio presenter . Since 2012 she has been Head of Corporate Communications at the energy supply company VSE AG .

Life

Marie Elisabeth-Denzer was born in Trier and grew up in Wochern , Perl . After graduating from high school in 1982, she studied German and modern history at Saarland University . At that time she was already working as a freelancer for Saarland Broadcasting Corporation . From 1986 she worked as a reporter for radio and television, including in the then crisis country Georgia .

From 1993 Denzer was permanently employed at the SR as a radio presenter and took care of various program items, created documentation and reports on Eastern Europe and the CIS . In August 1998 she took over the moderation of the current report , the main news program of the Saarländischer Rundfunk. She stayed there until 2010. Her successor was Sonja Schäfer-Marx . Denzer initially stayed with the SR and, as a program group leader, took care of the “Culture and Science” department.

In 2012 Denzer took over the corporate communications department of the Saarland energy supplier VSE.
