Marie-Gaïané Mikaelian (born March 3, 1984 in Lausanne ) is a former Swiss tennis player .

Career

Mikaelian started playing tennis at the age of five and preferred hard courts. She was also trained and mentored as a professional by her parents.

In her career, she won an individual title at tournaments on the WTA Tour and the ITF Circuit . Her best performance in Grand Slam tournaments was reaching the second round, which she has achieved four times.

In 2010 she played two games for the Armenian Fed Cup team , which she lost both.
