Marie-Laure Valla

Marie-Laure Valla (born before 1993 in France ) is a French production designer .

Life

Valla began her career on the film staff in 1993 in the comedy film My Name is Victor with Jeanne Moreau in the lead role. This was followed by films such as D'Artagnan's Daughter , The City of Lost Children and My Husband Picasso . In the mid to late 2000s, Valla also worked for television, including the French television series Clara Sheller - Verliebt in Paris and Détectives .

Together with Aline Bonetto , she was nominated for an Oscar in the category of Best Production Design for Jean-Pierre Jeunet's Die fabelbaren Welt der Amélie in 2002 , but this year the award went to Moulin Rouge .
