Marika Jänkä (born June 30, 1983 ) is a Finnish biathlete who mainly competes in the cross-country disciplines of summer biathlon .

Marika Jänkä first took part in Forni Avoltri in the Summer Biathlon World Championships 2003 , where she competed in three races and achieved a sixth place in the pursuit as the best result. In 2004 she just missed a medal when she finished fourth in the Osrblie mass start . Also in 2005 in Muonio Jänkä was able to win almost a medal in the relay competition with Anna-Liisa Häkkinen , Pinja Piira and Sari Suomalainen in fourth place. In the individual races, as in 2006 in Ufa and 2007 in Otepää, she was not among the top ten. At the European Summer Biathlon Championships , the Finn achieved her greatest international success in third place in the sprint behind Olga Pachomowa and Anna Sotnikowa .
