Marin Constantin
Marin Constantin (born February 27, 1925 in Urleta , Prahova district , † January 1, 2011 ) was a Romanian composer and conductor.
Life
Marin Constantin graduated from the Bucharest School of Music in 1949 . At the same time he studied pedagogy and psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Bucharest. Between 1966 and 1969 Constantin was the general director of the Opera Națională Bucureşti . He was the founder of the Madrigal Choir.
His son is the conductor Ion Marin .
