Mario Pufahl

Mario Pufahl (* 1971 in Düsseldorf ) is a German lecturer , author and management consultant .

Life

Pufahl studied business administration at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität in Münster with a focus on marketing and international marketing under Heribert Meffert, and since 1990 has taken on projects to optimize marketing and sales. He has been teaching CRM in several master’s courses at the International School of Management Dortmund since 2006 .

Pufahl was head of the “Sales” business segment in the consulting firm Horváth & Partners , where he focused on the topics of sales excellence and sales management.

Pufahl is a board member of ec4u expert consulting ag and is responsible for national sales of the entire ec4u portfolio as well as international business development and market expansion. In his role, Pufahl supports various startups in strategy development and implementation in marketing and sales as an advisory board member.

In addition to strategy, organization and business process management, his main focus is on sales controlling, which Pufahl regards as a strategic, future-oriented method.
