Mark Miller (born October 24, 1962 in Phoenix , Arizona ) is an American enduro athlete and marathon rally driver .

He first took part in the SCORE International Off-Road Racing Series on a motorcycle in 1979 . In 1996 he finished fifth in the SCORE series on a buggy. In 1997 he won the NASCAR truck series Ultra Wheels . In 1998 he finished sixth in the Morocco Rally on a KTM . In 1999 he won the silver medal at the international six-day race in Portugal in the class of four-stroke motorcycles up to 250 cc. He also won the four-stroke class of the AMA Enduro Championship .

From 2000, Miller took part in Bajas in the Trophy Truck class . He won the Nevada 2000 in 2000 and came third in the Baja 2000 . At Pikes Peak hillclimb he finished second in the Touring Car class. In 2002 he took part in the Dakar Rally and finished in 19th place. He also won the Toyota Trophy and the Trophy Truck class of the Baja 500 . In 2003 he won the Trophy Truck Class of the Baja 500, Parker 425 and Baja 1000 , which he was able to win the following year.

Miller has been a works driver for Volkswagen Motorsport since September 2005 and competes in marathon rallies in a VW Race Touareg . In 2006 he finished the Dakar Rally in fifth. In 2007 he finished fourth. He was also fifth at the Morocco Rally and class victory at the Baja 500. In 2008, he finished second at the Rally dos Sertões . At the 2009 Dakar Rally he and his co-driver Ralph Pitchford achieved their best result to date with a second place. In 2010 he finished third.
