Mark 'Oh (born June 23, 1970 in Dorsten as Marko Albrecht ) is a music producer and DJ in the field of electronic dance music , mainly dance .

Career

He has completed an industrial mechanic apprenticeship. From 1986 to 1989 Mark 'Oh played in the hard rock band "Line Up", which he founded, but found interest in the techno music that was just developing. He has been a DJ since 1989 and was one of the first German DJs to achieve pop star status, mainly due to the number 1 hit Tears Don't Lie (published late 1994, a cover version of Michael-Holm -Schlager's tears don't lie , which was a cover of the instrumental song Soleado ). As early as 1993, his song Randy became known through a remix by WestBam and with it his name. In 1995 he appeared at the Love Parade and Mayday . In 1998 he delivered The team on tour (feat. Celine), the official title song for the Telekom racing team for the Tour de France .
