Marko Danz (born September 19, 1972 ) is a former German biathlete .

Marko Danz had his greatest success as a biathlete when he won the title in Bayerisch Eisenstein at the side of René König , Sven Fischer and Steffen Hoos at the German championships with the representation of Thuringia. After his active career, he remained connected to biathlon as a ski technician and trainer. Until his retirement after the 2011/12 season, he was a ski technician on the national biathlon team. He is also a base trainer in Oberhof . He lives in Floh-Seligenthal .
