Marko Gebbert

Marko Gebbert (* 1974 ) is a German actor .

Life

Born in the Ore Mountains , Gebbert completed an acting training at the University of Music and Theater in Hanover . From 2001 to 2003 he worked in Hamburg, among others at the Hamburger Schauspielhaus , the Thalia Theater and Kampnagel . He has been working at the Kiel Theater since 2003 , where he played "numerous leading and title roles" and "became one of the very popular favorites". In 2018 he was the third actor after Bernhard Minetti (1964) and Heinz Reincke (1983) to be awarded the City of Kiel's Culture Prize for his work on the Kiel stage .

In 2018 he played the leading role in Moritz Boll's short film Abgetaucht , which won the audience award at the Schleswig-Holstein Film Festival .
