Markov Prize
The M. A. Markov Prize of the Institute for Nuclear Research (INR) of the Russian Academy of Sciences in Troitsk has been awarded annually since 2003 to individual physicists or groups for research in particle physics or other research areas of the institute. It is named after Moissei Alexandrowitsch Markow and is awarded on May 13, Markov's birthday.
