The Marks Peak is a 3,325  m high and rocky peaks of the Executive Committee Range in West Antarctic Marie Byrd Land . It rises on the southern edge of the crater of the extinct Mount Hampton volcano .

The United States Geological Survey mapped the mountain using its own measurements and using Trimetrogon aerial photographs of the United States Navy between 1958 and 1960. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1962 after the American electrical engineer Keith E. Marks of the National Bureau of Standards who was part of a reconnaissance team in Marie-Byrd-Land from 1959 to 1960.
