Marktkirchhof 12 (Quedlinburg)
The house Marktkirchhof 12 is a Grade II listed building in the town of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the historic Quedlinburg old town, north of the city's market square. The building, registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register, is located on the west side of the Marktkirchhof and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site . It forms the northern end of the western development of the square. Its western facade faces Marktstrasse. To the south is the also listed building at Marktkirchhof 11 .
Architecture and history
The core of the half-timbered house goes back to the Renaissance period . The appearance of the eastern facade is dated to around 1560. Towards the Marktkirchhof there is a dwarf house decorated with ship throats , star ornaments and rollers . In the 18th and 19th centuries the facades of the house were renewed.
