description
The building is in the immediate vicinity of the lowest gate and is of great urban development importance for the market square. The massive ground floor made of quarry stone is equipped with an embrasure to the gate. Above it is a half-timbered floor with ornate parapet fields and a gable decorated with St. Andrew's crosses and diamonds . The house was probably built after 1723 under the princely archivist Dörr.
In the middle of the 19th century, the building was extended to the west to create a hall for the inn, which had been in existence since 1840.
