The house at Marktstraße 34 is a listed building in the district of Stadt Gernrode, part of the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the southern part of Gernröder's old town on the north side of Marktstrasse, which describes an arch here and is listed as a residential building in the local register of monuments.

Architecture and history

The clearly structured, plastered building, reminiscent of a villa , was built around 1910. The gable facing the street is characterized by a risalit on the west side . In the center of the risalit there is only a flat segmented bay window . To the southwest there is a short wing of the building, which is covered with a hipped roof.

The property fencing and the garden design are in parts still at the time of construction.
