Marquis Miami is a skyscraper in Miami that was completed in 2009 after four years of construction . The height of the structure located at 1100 Biscayne Boulevard is 207 meters. The building is the fourth tallest in the city (after the Four Seasons Hotel & Tower , the Southeast Financial Center and 900 Biscayne Bay ). On the 63 floors of the building there is a hotel in the lower area, while residential apartments are located higher up. The architecture firm Arquitectonica designed the tower, most of the floors of which have balconies.
