Marstein (medals)
Marstein is a hamlet that belongs to the village of Medalen in Fylke Møre og Romsdal in Norway . Marstein is located roughly in the middle of Romsdalen about a mile (around eleven kilometers) southeast of Åndalsnes .

The place can be reached by the European route 136 . Marstein had a train station on the Raumabane from November 30, 1924 to January 1, 1964 , which continued as a stopping point until May 27, 1990. Today it only serves as a crossing station with no passenger traffic .
