Martín González , full name Martín Alexis González Crespo , (born September 2, 1990 in Montevideo ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

society

According to his club, the 1.80 meter tall defensive player "Pato" González played in 2007 in the youth team of the Montevideo Wanderers . From the 2009/10 season until the beginning of January 2012 he then played 60 league games for the Wanderers' first division team. He didn't score a goal. In January of that year he joined the Club Sportivo Cerrito as part of a rental business. There he completed 14 games in the Primera División . In August 2012 he left the Wanderers to join league rivals Progreso . His usage statistics at this club show nine games with his participation until he changed again in January 2013. He then joined Danubio for one year from the 2013 Clausura . For the Montevideans he played five first division games until the end of the 2012/13 season. It was not used in the 2013 Apertura. At the end of December 2013, it was reported that González would leave the club. In mid-January 2014, he moved to Cerro Largo FC . For the club from Melo he completed eleven top division games by the end of the Clausura in 2014 and scored one goal. In the 2014/15 season, ten second division appearances (no goal) for the Osturuguayans followed. In early September 2015, he moved to the first division relegated Club Atlético Atenas . In the 2015/16 season he played 18 league games (one goal) there. In July 2016, he joined the first division promoted Boston River . During the 2016 season he was there 14 times (no goal) in the league. In the 2017 season, 16 further premier league appearances (no goal) and two (no goal) in the 2017 Copa Sudamericana followed . At the beginning of July 2017, he moved to Atlético Bucaramanga . So far (as of July 22, 2017) he has been used in two league games (no goal) for the Colombians.

National team

González was a member of the Uruguayan U-15 team coached by Ángel Castelnoble , which participated in the 2005 U-15 South American Championship in Bolivia . He was a member of the Uruguayan U-17 national team and was part of the squad at the U-17 South American Championship in Ecuador in 2007 .
