Martin Drescher (politician, 1925)
Martin Drescher (born August 12, 1925 in Berlin ; † March 26, 2000 there ) was a German politician ( SPD ).
Martin Drescher attended a middle school . From 1943 he was called up for the Reich Labor Service and then as a soldier in the Wehrmacht .
After the Second World War , Drescher attended an engineering school until 1948 and then worked as an engineer in a large company . In 1946 he joined the SPD. In the Berlin election in 1954 , he was elected to the district assembly in the Schöneberg district. In the following election in 1958 he was elected to the Berlin House of Representatives. In 1963 Drescher left parliament.
