Martin Fink (politician)

Martin Fink (born February 5, 1950 in Munich ) is a Bavarian politician ( CSU ) and was briefly a member of the Bavarian State Parliament in 2008 .

education and profession

Martin Fink attended business and trade school and obtained secondary school leaving certificate in 1966. 1966 to 1968 he attended the agricultural school and 1971 to 1972 rural community college. In 1974 he became an agricultural master and took over his parents' farm.

Martin Fink is Roman Catholic, married and has three children.

politics

Martin Fink was a member of the Junge Union from 1973 to 85 and of the CSU since 1976. Between 1972 and 1978 he was a councilor in Argelsried . Since 1984 he has been a local councilor and spokesman for the CSU parliamentary group in Gilching and since 2002 a district councilor in the Starnberg district .

On May 1, 2008 he moved to Dr. Jakob Kreidl in the state parliament after. There he represents the constituency of Upper Bavaria . In the state parliament he is a member of the committee for municipal issues and internal security. In the state elections on September 28, 2008 , he was unable to return to the state parliament as a candidate on the list for the Upper Bavaria district due to the heavy losses suffered by the CSU.

Other offices

Martin Fink is engaged in a large number of honorary positions. He has been a member of the Upper Bavaria / Swabian master craftsman's examination committee since 1976, and a board member of the Bavarian Forestry School in Goldberg since 1998. Since 1986 he has been a member of the nature conservation council of the Starnberg district. From 1991 to 2001 he was the first chairman of the Forestry Association of Upper Bavaria.
