Martin Riška
Martin Riška (born May 18, 1975 in Žilina ) is a Slovak cyclist .
Career
Martin Riška began his career in 1999 with the De Nardi-Pasta Montegrappa cycling team . In 2002 he won his first race, the Grand Prix Zts Dubnica . In 2003 he finished tenth in the road race at the B World Championship and won the second section at The Paths of King Nikola and the Grand Prix Pribram . Riška has been a member of the Czech Continental Team PSK Whirlpool since 2004 . In the same year he also took part in the road race at the Olympic Games in Athens . In 2005 he won the Grand Prix Bradlo and in 2006 he won a stage each at the Jadranska Magistrala and at the Tour of Greece .
In 2007 Riska switched to the Austrian Continental Team SWIAG TEKA . He won the first stage of the Baltyk-Karkonosze Tour (UCI Cat. 2.2) for SWIAG and was then yellow for 5 days in a row. In the end, he also won the final stage.
In the Slovak championship he lived up to his role as a favorite and won the championship title.
In 2008 he switched to Gourmetfein Wels
