Martin Wolff (politician)

Martin Wolff (born July 21, 1957 in Pforzheim ) is a German politician.

Wolff grew up in Ruit , Bretten and Diedelsheim and graduated from secondary school . Then he trained as a middle administrative service at the city administration of Bretten. In 1979 he moved to the state administration and between 1986 and 1989 he graduated from the University of Applied Sciences for Public Administration in Ludwigsburg with a degree in administrative management (FH) . From 1997 to 2009 he worked at the Baden-Württemberg Court of Auditors .

In the Mayor election in Bretten 2009, Wolff prevailed with 83.25 percent of the vote. He took office in February 2010.

As a result of his first term in office, Martin Wolff was able to win the mayor election in December 2017 in the second round with only two votes, and twelve after counting again, and thus take up his second term as mayor of the city of Bretten for a further eight years.
