Martin de Redin y Cruzat (* 1590 ; † February 6, 1660 ) was the 58th Grand Master of the Order of Malta from August 17, 1657 until his death .

He came from a Spanish aristocratic family and was a member of the order's Aragonese tongue before his election as Grand Master .

Although he died after a reign of only two and a half years, thirteen watchtowers , the so-called De Redin Towers , were built under his aegis along the Maltese coast . His predecessor in the office of Grand Master Jean de Lascaris-Castellar (r. 1636–1657) had already started building such towers.

Redin established a regular standing army with a man strength of 4,000 musketeers .

Through Redin's good relations with Sicily, Malta was able to import food from there and thereby improve the life of the population, which was barren at the time.
