Martina Ahrendt

Martina Ahrendt (born June 17, 1967 in Mönchengladbach ) is a German lawyer and judge at the Federal Labor Court .

Life

Martina Ahrendt completed her legal training in Berlin in 1996 by taking the second state examination in law. She had already received her PhD in 1995 . She was a research assistant at the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg and then a lawyer . In 2001 she became a labor judge in Berlin. From 2009 to 2011 she was seconded to the Federal Labor Court as a research assistant and then to the Berlin-Brandenburg State Labor Court. On April 30, 2013, she became a judge at the Federal Labor Court. She is a member of the 3rd Senate of the Federal Labor Court, which deals with company pension schemes .
