Martina Brandt

Martina Brandt (born July 19, 1976 in Stuttgart ) is a German social scientist. Brandt has been Professor at the Chair for Social Structure and Sociology of Aging Societies at the Technical University of Dortmund since 2014 .

Scientific career

Martina Brandt studied sociology at the University of Cologne . She received her PhD in sociology from the University of Zurich in 2008 . After working as a research assistant at the University of Zurich, she worked for the Survey of Health, Aging and Retirement in Europe (SHARE) . Martina Brandt has been a professor at the Institute for Sociology at the Technical University of Dortmund since 2014.
