Marwees is the name of a mountain ridge of the Alpstein - Massif in the canton of Appenzell Inner Rhodes in Switzerland . At the west end, the ridge has a somewhat more distinctive summit structure to the maximum height of 2056 meters and forms the left flank of the normal view of the Seealpsee . Via the Bogartenlücke from the east or from the Widderalpsattel in the west, you can reach a high-alpine, blue-and-white marked hiking trail that crosses a large part of the ridge.
